Rod's calls his pickup "Ol Red" and features Torch Red paint with a cloth interior rolling on American Racing wheels and Michelin rubber. The interior features tinted windows, a custom dash and "Ford" logo floormats. Rod keeps cool with A/C and steers the F-100 with an Ididit tilt column. Power windows, power steering and power brakes make driving the truck more fun. Keeping the all Ford theme continues into the engine compartment where a Ford 302 backed up by a C-4 transmission sends the power to a 9" Ford rear. The exhaust exits through Flowmaster mufflers and chrome pipes. The tilt hood makes getting to the 302 a lot easier. The Ford chassis has been lowered and rides on gas shocks.
