Tim originally built this truck for someone else but as sometimes happens during projects, the owner ran out of money to finish the project. So Tim now has a nice cruiser. Tim chopped the top 3" and extended the cab with the metal from the back of a sedan for a little more leg room. The interior features off-white rolled and pleated vinyl with blue carpet to match the blue exterior. The Mustang 302 engine transfers the power to a Borg Warner T5 manual transmission and then on to a 389 geared 9" Ford rear. Rolling stock features smoothies and moon caps for that nostalgia look. The bed of the truck has polished aluminum diamond plate to carry the groceries. Tim says this is probably the best driving rod he has built yet. If it drives as good as it looks, I can believe it!
