Frank Harris is helping his brother-inlaw Gery Schneider rebuild his '39 Chevrolet 2 Dr Sedan.  Gery purchased the Chevy as an already built street rod that was well built, just not very well maintained. Frank and Gery will rebuild it into what Gery wants it to be and update the car as they go along. 

Frank and Gery have already installed a new Ididit stainless column and updated the rear end to an 8" Ford. Plans call for installing a new rebuilt 350 engine and trans.

The first step to replacing the engine and trans is to take the front end apart.

With the front sheet metal removed, it's time to begin the process of removing the radiator.

Now that everything is out of the way, removing the engine and trans is the easy part.
