Cal Burnett's "Racin' Roadster" has been under construction for about 15 years! Well, he's been collecting parts that long! Cal says this is the year he'll drive it! A 427 Big Block Chevy rides in the frame rails backed by a Turbo 400 with a 4000 stall converter and a 9" Ford rear turning 4.11 gears. The big block has 11 to 1 compression with a roller cam.

The Roadster looks great riding on Rod Lite wheels and "large" meats under the fenders!

Cal built the chassis himself in his home shop. The chassis features a 4 link in the rear and an independent front suspension, four wheel disc brakes and rack and pinion steering.
